Our Lemon Slices are just the right amount of sweet with a tang.

Each box has 8 slices. 

Our slices have a beautiful filling made with 100% fresh lemon juice, maple syrup, cashews and medjool dates to create a perfect balance. Our icing is made from 100% fresh lemon juice, coconut butter, 100% cashew butter and maple syrup. 

All slices are topped with pure freeze dried raspberry powder and gold sugar dust. 

Keep refrigerated to maintain quality and freshness. Will last up to 2 weeks refrigerated, or up to 3 weeks in the freezer.  

Allergens Contains cashews. Made with gluten free and vegan ingredients. Prepared in a domestic kitchen that handles nuts.

Ingredients: 

Medjool dates, cashews, 100% cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut butter, vanilla extract, lemon juice, lemon zest, sea salt. 

100% pure freeze dried raspberry powder and gold sugar, as toppings. 

How to Store: 

Keep refrigerated. 

For best freshness, store in the original box or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 - 3 weeks. These slices can also be frozen for up to 1 month or longer, freezes especailly well due to softer texture compared to our Date, Almond and Cacao Slices. Allow to thaw in the refrigerator or at room temperature before serving.
