Return and refund policy 

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. We will assess the matter and do our best to provide a refund, replacement, or solution. Claims received after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Refunds, or a brand new box of Kerasmera treats/goods are provided at our discretion.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
